Indicators is a series of 30 abstract illustration from 2 to 10 meters long that display each pH indicator I found and extracted from natural sources to use as ink in my subsequent works. pH indicators are color shifting pigments that can disappear, appear or switch color after an acid-base reaction. At the center of the room I placed three coral shaped paper sculpture since they have important roles in marine pH regulation. During the opening ceremony of the exhibition I made each work change coloration.
